Trust
We protect members' interests as our own, and we only publish what we can stand behind.
About HOC
Built so independent owners never face it alone.
Carriers, brands and regulators deal with hotel groups that have scale. HOC gives independent owners that same scale, by bringing them together.
220+ member hotelsand 17,000+ rooms buying together
How we work
Three things we hold to, because owners have been let down on all three.
Clarity
No hidden agendas. The real math behind every quote, shown before you commit.
Grit
We negotiate and advocate from a position of collective strength, and we do not back off.
The founders
Owners who built what they needed.
